An investment banker since 1991, Laurent Blaizac has worked for banking groups (HSBC, Crédit Suisse) in Paris, London and Zurich. He has also worked for international auditing and consulting firms (PwC, Deloitte) in their Corporate Finance department, most often for family groups. In particular, he has led transactions that took the form of LBOs, OBOs or disposals of non-core activities.
Laurent has also worked for nearly 10 years with Groupama in the agricultural and agri-food sectors, advising on mergers and acquisitions in this sector.
Laurent has experience in various sectors, such as distribution, transport, textile industry, cosmetics and perfumery, health and of course food industry.
He joined Largillière Finance as a Director at a time when the investment bank was strongly developing LBO and OBO operations. He also brings his skills and networks, particularly in the agri-food sector, where the bank is already present.
