Internship – Junior Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions – Paris

Based in Paris, Geneva and Brussels, Largillière Finance is an independent investment bank specializing in assisting managers and shareholders of small and medium-sized companies in their capital transactions (sale and acquisition of companies, fund raising, financial engineering and strategic consulting).

To support the development of its activity, Largillière Finance is looking for a junior analyst for a period of 6 months.

Your missions

The mission of the junior analysts within Largillière Finance is to accompany and assist the teams by participating in all phases of an M&A assignment, including:
- Sector, financial and strategic analysis
- Drafting of presentation documents (memorandum, teaser, etc.)
- Targeting of industrial and financial counterparts
- Participation in the execution and negotiation process until closing

The company's structure, composed of about fifteen professionals, will give you the opportunity to invest yourself and participate fully in the activity.
The tasks entrusted to junior analysts are very operational. They allow them to be fully involved in the firm. To do this, they are supervised throughout their internship. Internal training courses complete their learning.

IDEAL PROFILE

  • You have a 5-year degree from a business school or university (Master 2)
  • You have a solid knowledge of financial analysis and may have some initial experience in this field
  • You speak fluent English and French; a first international experience is an asset
  • You have impeccable writing skills in French and English
  • You are familiar with office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • And of course, you know how to show initiative and have a taste for work well done
