Esprit de France continues its strategy of acquiring premium hotels by acquiring the Hôtel du Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées
The hotel group Esprit de France acquires the business of the Hôtel du Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées.
The Hôtel du Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées is a four-stars hotel with 36 rooms, located at 10 rue de Ponthieu in the 8th district of Paris, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, a few steps from the Avenue des Champs Elysees.
The sell side, Mrs. Véronique Villette Vuitton (direct descendant of the famous malletier Louis Vuitton), chose a purchaser committed to continue the beautiful history of this iconic establishment.
The acquisition of this exceptional property is at the heart of Esprit de France’s strategy. The group is planning a major renovation program in order to upgrade the hotel.
Nicolas Ibanez, Partner Largillière Finance: « We are very proud to have accompanied Groupe Esprit de France and its teams in this acquisition. Ms. Véronique Villette Vuitton made an excellent choice by selecting Groupe Esprit de France for the takeover of her hotel. We are convinced that the Group will sublimate this exceptional property. This operation strengthens Largillière Finance’s expertise in exceptional hotels, in Paris and in the provinces. »
Séverine Quoniam, Development Director of Esprit de France: « We are very pleased with the partnership with Véronique Villette Vuitton, who has agreed to remain the owner of the Hôtel Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées, as well as the efficient embassy of Nicolas Ibanez and Largillière Finance. This new acquisition allows us to complete our establishment in Paris with an establishment located in the highly soughted area of the Golden Triangle. This beautiful hotel perfectly matches the DNA of Esprit de France: a prime location, a remarkable historic architecture, generous volumes. Thanks to an ambitious work program, which began in January 2017, we will respect the spirit of the place while offering new services to customers. The reopening of the hotel is scheduled for April 2018. »
