Created in 2007, TNP Consultants is an independent French consulting firm involved in the implementation of transformation programs for large groups (banking, insurance, social protection, energy, etc.)
BC Consulting is also an independent consulting firm whose business is focused on management consulting and organization and systems integration. BC Consulting generated close to € 10 million in revenue in 2016.
With this acquisition, TNP accelerates its business plan to 2020, where it intends to be the French leader in multi-specialist transformation. At this time, TNP is targeting € 100 million turnover and a doubling of its workforce, while maintaining a start-up spirit.
