Acquisition of Canetud & la Centrale du Plastique by ENSIS Groupe

ENSIS Group strengthens its Studies and Engineering department

Jean-Pierre Sajot has entrusted Largillière Finance with the mandate to sell the companies CANETUD and La Centrale du Plastique. After meeting half a dozen buyers, identified by Largillière Finance, Jean-Pierre Sajot selected the proposal of ENSIS Group which presented the best guarantees of activity’s sustainability and development.

Through this acquisition, ENSIS Group significantly strengthens its research and engineering capabilities. Mr. Sajot will accompany the takeover of CANETUD for a few months before retiring.

About CANETUD

CANETUD is a VRD design office specializing in Gas Networks. It has been a major player in the Ile-de-France market since 2004, particularly with GRTgaz. Since 2013, he has developed a complementary activity of design and manufacture of plastic protection plates for pipelines. The group, led by Mr Sajot, generates € 4 million in revenue.
