Acquisition of Siinapse by LASKY IT

Lasky IT, led by Olivier Guérin, takes over Siinapse as a majority shareholder with the aim of strengthening its potential development in the IT infrastructure services market

Lasky IT, holding owned at 100% by Olivier Guérin, is taking a majority stake in Siinapse. Led by Largillière Finance, the transaction was made through a majority buyback of the shares, followed by a capital increase by the transferor, Frédéric Nguyen.

Among the partnership proposals with Digital Services Companies identified by Largillière Finance, Lasky IT’s owner has decided to retain that of Siinapse.

Through this combination, Siinapse is endowing itself with human and financial resources to realize its development potential.

Lasky IT is a 100% owned company by Olivier Guérin, an agricultural professional in computer services and software publishing.

Olivier Guérin was in charge of computer engineering departments (IBM, KODAK, CNT), integrators of IT solutions (IBM business partner, TCS, SNAISO) and software vendors (Precise Software Solution, OKIOK).
