LBO/MBO/OBO - 2017

Transmission MBO of AXVert

AXvert – founded and managed by Alex Virayie – is taken over by his manager – Romain Pointe, via his holding Graine de l’Ouest -, a sponsorless MBO operation led by Largillière Finance

14th september 2017, AXvert, a landscaping services company in French Guiana, has been taken over by its manager Romain Pointe via its holding company Graine de l’Ouest.

Founded more than twenty-five years ago by Alex Virayie, AXvert has become a leading regional player in the creation and maintenance of green spaces. The company works for a public and private clientele (local authorities, social and private promoters, large groups …). In 2016, it achieved a turnover of 2.5 M € and is still growing.

Romain Pointe was the ideal candidate for Alex Virayie’s succession for AXvert. He was recruited to develop and lead the company when Alex Virayie, founder-director, plans to retire.

The acquisition financing for AXvert was completed by a senior debt provided by BRED Banque Populaire Guyane.
