Founded in 2005, Largillière Finance is an investment bank specializing in small and mid cap transactions with offices in Paris, Lyon, Brussels and Geneva.

Your missions

You will join Largillière Finance as an M&A Analyst and actively participate in the execution of M&A mandates (disposals, fundraising, acquisitions, etc.) within a committed team and in daily interaction with the Managers and Partners.

Your main missions will be :

  • Sector, financial and strategic analyses
  • Valuation of companies and construction of financial models
  • Drafting of materials used in the context of prospecting and execution of mandates (pitch, teaser, information memorandum, management presentations, VDD review, etc.)
  • Targeting and approaching counterparties and investors
  • Preparation and holding of datarooms

One of the particularities of Largillière Finance is to allow all our employees to be involved in each step of a transaction, from beginning to end, and to be in contact with clients and targets.

In order to accompany the growth of our structure, this position is likely to evolve rapidly according to your level of experience.

 

Your profile

  • First class education (5 years of higher education in engineering and/or business / equivalent university education)
  • A first experience in M&A (investment banking, corporate, ...), TS, Private Equity, structured finance, ...
  • Strong technical skills (financial modeling, office suite, digital corporate finance tools, ...) and business understanding
  • Good written and oral expression
  • Good command of English (written and oral)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, proactivity and curiosity
  • Team player
