Founded in 2005, Largillière Finance is an investment bank specializing in small and mid cap transactions with offices in Paris, Lyon, Brussels and Geneva.

Your missions

You will join Largillière Finance as VP M&A and actively participate in the origination and execution of M&A mandates (sales, fundraising, acquisitions, LBOs, etc.) as part of a committed team and in daily interaction with the Managers and Associates.

Your main missions will be :

  • Supporting the sales process and origination (sourcing, preparation and participation in pitches, etc.)
  • Supervision of the drafting of materials used in the execution of mandates (teaser, IM, management presentations, etc.)
  • Counterparty management (identification, approach, Q&A, etc.)
  • Validation of financial models and valuation work
  • Coordination of due diligence and advice
  • Discussions with clients and participation in negotiations
  • Supervision of the team of Associates, Analysts and interns
  • Exchanges with the international network

One of the particularities of Largillière Finance is to allow all the collaborators to be involved in each step of a transaction, from beginning to end, and to be in contact with the clients and the targets.

In order to accompany the growth of our structure, this position is likely to evolve rapidly according to your level of experience.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in M&A (investment banking, corporate, ...), TS, Private Equity, structured finance, ...
  • First class education (engineering and/or business schools / equivalent university education)
  • Strong technical skills (financial modeling, office suite, digital corporate finance tools, ...) and business understanding
  • Very good written and oral expression
  • Good command of English (written and oral)
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, reactivity and anticipation
  • Team player
