Acquisition - 2019

Acquisition of AG Bureautique by Groupe DFM

FM group acquires Toulon company AG Bureautique which is its first acquisition in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region

The beginning of 2019 is under good auspices for DFM Group with the acquisition of AG Bureautique on January 9th. Already present in the PACA region with a technical brench office based in Marseille, the company acquired AG Bureautique which became its first commercial agency in the South.

Based in Toulon for 22 years, AG Bureautique distributes printing systems and solutions of the manufacturer CANON. This company of five employees brings 500 customers to DFM Group. As DFM Group is also a privileged partner of CANON, knowledge of products and training of technicians and salespeople will be facilitated for better monitoring and support of AG Bureautique’s customers.

As of now, the five employees of AG Bureautique will join DFM Group and will remain in their current offices. The director of AG Bureautique will remain in office for one year to ensure the transition and will then leave. DFM Group will recruit an agency director to support the development of the PACA branch.

An operation that is part of the group’s strategy:

For several years, the group, which has its head office in Ile-de-France (94), has begun to expand on the national territory in order to be always closer to its customers and to provide a service of proximity and quality. In 2016, the agency DFM Rhône-Alpes based in Lyon (69) was born and in 2018, the agency DFM Nord was created in Villeneuve d’Ascq (59). This acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to increase its presence in France.

DFM Group supports more than 6,000 customers throughout France on a daily basis and continues its active development.

Largillière Finance has been supporting DFM Group in its external growth strategy since 2014.
